I found the location convenient. It was easy to reach key attractions. the cleaning service was excellent. Fresh sheets and soft towels were always available. the bathroom products provided were also quite nice. It was a very welcome addition.
it took some time to navigate the hotel layout efficiently. Signs could be better.

The walls seemed like paper. I heard everything from neighbors. it was very noisy in the room. you should be ready to hear everything from the bathrooms too!

The hotel's location was fantastic! i walked to the duomo in just minutes. our room included a lovely bottle of brut italian sparkling wine as a welcome gift. That was a very nice touch. the sheets were so crisp and clean, and i adored the soft towels provided. it felt luxurious after our long journey.

the breakfast room was beautiful, with attention paid to decor.
Upon arrival, i was immediately told to use the lobby lockbox instead of the room safe. That raised concerns. additionally the shower space was uncomfortably small. the linens seemed quite old and not of the best quality.

the location was really great. i got to my room early and i had the room ready which was a lovely surprise. i could also leave my luggage after i checked out, i did more sight seeing before i went to the train.
the beds wasn't very nice. the mattress feel like cut from a block of granite and the pillows didn't help.

The location is CENTRAL and very close to major attractions. The breakfast included a good variety of pastries, eggs, cold cuts, and cereals. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all requests. I appreciated the rooftop terrace, with its nice view of the Duomo.
